These terms of service constitute an agreement between you and Ikhora regarding your use of our services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Ikhora provides AI workflow automation services, including workflow audits, agent implementation, managed operations, and platform access. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual engagement agreements.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual engagement agreements. Setup fees are due upon engagement commencement. Monthly managed operations fees are billed monthly in advance.

Intellectual Property

Ikhora retains ownership of its platform, tools, and methodologies. You retain ownership of your data and business processes. Deliverables created for you are owned by you upon payment.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business processes, data, technical implementations, and strategic information.

Limitation of Liability

Ikhora's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all deliverables completed to date, and we will return or delete your data.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
